Bedrooms: Master bedroom (upstairs) has a king size bed, en suite bathroom and sliding glass door access to terrace. Another double bedroom/study is available on this floor with an en suite bathroom. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. One with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Sleeps 8 in total.

Bathrooms: The luxurious master bathroom has double basins set in marble, a walk in  shower for two with two shower heads.  Downstairs bathrooms have double porcelain vanity and bath tub showers. Fourth bathroom (upstairs) has bath tub shower. All bathrooms are fitted with bides, are tiled throughout and are spacious.

Kitchen(s): Upstairs fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and superb views to the sea and beach of Salobreņa. All new top quality gas hob and electric oven,  microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, juicer. blender and plenty of crockery, pots and pans. Downstairs there is a second fully fitted kitchen for lighter cooking as does not have the same quantity of crockery and utensils a upstairs. it is equipped with a fridge freezer, kettle, and coffee maker. There is also a third fridge freezer in the laundry area.

Laundry facilities: Large laundry area with sink and marble countertop. There are two clothes washing machines, a tumble dryer, drying racks, iron and ironing board.

Lounges & Dining Area: Spacious open plan lounge. dining. kitchen area upstairs with phenomenal views. Dining room table seats 6. The downstairs lounge has sofas and coffee table as well as a round table that seats four. There are table and chairs for outdoor dining on the upper terrace and on pool terrace.

Entertainment: TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, Computer, printer, broadband internet connection, board games, and books.

Outside: Private swimming pool with sea and coastal views. Large pool terrace with hot tub, covered bar area table with six chairs, and six padded sun lounges.  Terrace off of the upstairs lounge/dining area with spectacular wide open sea and coastal views, sofa, lounge chairs, round dining table and chairs, and built in BBQ grill. Garden with mature fruit trees. Guests have free access to the private, community recreation area that includes tennis court, football field, large pool, children's pool, playground, table tennis and a kiosk selling drinks and refreshments in the summer.
