A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required 5 days from initial reservation.

On receipt of the deposit we will email with price and payment instruction to confirm bookings. In the event we do not receive your deposit your reservation may be forfeited. The balance is due 8-10 weeks prior to arrival date along with a security deposit of 300 Euros in case of breakages or damage. If no deductions are required, your security deposit will be refunded in full to you.

Payments can be made by a bank wire transfer. via cheque or by Paypal.

Bed linen and bathroom towels provided and changed weekly.
